What we collect

When you request a Workforce Capacity Review, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, mobile number, company name, role, business type, where pressure is showing up, and anything you choose to add about your goals. We also record the page and button you came from and any campaign parameters, so we know which conversation you were responding to.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request: to prepare for and hold your Workforce Capacity Review, and to follow up about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Analytics

We record simple interaction events (for example, that a button was used or a form was started) to understand how the site serves visitors. These events never include the free-text answers you type.

Retention and your choices

We keep review requests as long as needed to manage the conversation and our relationship with your business. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@weintegrait.com.
